1.) Open your picture on Photoshop, of course!

2.) Duplicate the layer by going to Layer > Duplicate layer or just clicking Ctrl + J. 

3.) Now after you have duplicated your layer, go to Layer > Layer Style > Blending option.

4.) And this should be your setting:

5.) Now, try moving your 3D layer to the left, to the right, to the top, or to the bottom so it will look like a 3D picture!
